Recently I am trying to use blogs to promote my business websites, I decided I should only work on wordpress based blogs, its a fact that WordPress is ideal for almost all kinds of blogging needs, people even use it as CMS, with the fact that its licensed under GPL make the WordPress the most famous and versatile blogging software of all time.
Lately I figured that I should build my own blogs and promote them, afterwards I can use the already built blogs to promote whatever I want, of course this is not a new idea, the existence of blog networks already says it all, the thing is that I don’t control those blogs, not to mention I can’t just post to them, probably I will have to pay quite dearly to have my sites promoted.
Its quite difficult to manage more than a few blogs manually, if you don’t like garbage on your blogs, the real content writing is time and money consuming, a successful blog needs a lot of hard work. Some blogs are quite interesting, such as this one, Tie Down Straps Close Look, the domain name is pretty good, and there are a lot of interesting articles on it, though its not a theme focused blog, you’ll find all kinds of different posts there. One more example, Healthy Food, this blog is themed, all posts are following the same theme, and ranks well for quite a few keywords. I can show you a lot more sites, but I believe you get the idea. Here is one last note, some of your blogs should not be very serious ones, put some random content on those blogs occasionally, such as this blog, Beer Mug, your blogging network looks more natural with these casual blogs.
After you successfully build a few blogs, you can try to build a few more, use the old ones to promote the new ones, this way you get your little blog network rolling. It sounds pretty simple, but it won’t be easy to build even a tiny blogging network, follow the professional recommendations and ethic codes of online conduct you will be fine.
